1986 Diesel Chevette

Loaded with options ! The car featured on this page is a 1986 Chevette Diesel  WITH FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING ! Even my factory dealer brochures say that this is not possible. I wish the engine had still been in this wreck, as I would have liked to have seen how the A/C compressor was mounted. Not only that, this car had:

Power steering
Power brakes
Factory air conditioning
Rear window defroster
Tilt steering column
Delux cloth interior
Dual Sport mirrors

Note the tilt steering column, and the A/C vent outlets. They shouldn't be there !!!!!!!

Look closely. Diesel Fuel Only, and an A/C control !

Power steering, power brakes, A/C, Diesel bulkhead, Diesel fuel filter bracket.   An amazing car. Or was.

This is the kind of Diesel Car I wish I could find, in good driveable condition of course. I would even prefer 4dr cars.
